BOAT TRIPS – LES GABARRES
Boat Trips Les Gabarres (Flat bottom boats) are a great way to discover the Dordogne River. You are able to take the Gabarre from the village of Baynac (Park next to the river below the Beynac castle) and from RocqueGageac it is truly a wonderful experience. The Beynac castle, in itself, perched on a cliff top is a spectacular site. This excursion will give you a good introduction to the history of the area. You will be able to enjoy the wonderful views of Castelnaud, Fayrac, and Marqueyssac and hear about the stories each one has to offer.
